Returns & Refunds

As each puzzle is custom printed when an order is placed we are unable to accept returns unless there is a quality issue or missing pieces.

In the event that there is an issue please email us and we will try and sort things out as quickly as possible: info@thepuzzleemporium.co.uk

We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement puzzle once the original puzzle has been returned and we have verified the issue.
